Job Details
| Reporting to the Specials Manager, the primary function of this role will be to design and oversee the production of non-standard instrumentation and instrumentation systems from customer specification through to site installation.
Requirements:
„h Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
„h Ability to design-for-manufacture non-standard equipment and electrical panels
„h A minimum of two years in a similar role
„h Supervisory experience would be advantageous
„h Good communicative/interpersonal skills
„h Computer literate i.e Word, Excel, AutoCAD 2004/Inventor
Job Duties:
„h To perform feasibility studies of non-standard equipment to meet customer specification
„h Detailed design-for-manufacture of non-standard equipment including electronic, electrical, optical and mechanical features.
„h Preparation of information for the production of operating instructions
„h Analysing and disseminating customer specifications
„h Supervision of small workshop involved in the manufacture of non-standard equipment
„h On-site installation work as required.
