| We are a well established, Manufacturer of complete track systems. We require an Operations Manager to provide strong leadership and direction for a small, dedicated and talented team and to effectively manage on site operations activities, in line with customer agreements.

Duties and Daily Responsibilities
(Responsible to and Management reporting to Managing Director.)
Production Management: „h Monitoring, producing & updating production schedules „h Track group production „h Shop floor management / instruction „h Scheduling ¡V Factory Production „h Receive daily / weekly production plan from Purchasing & Production Planning Manager and communicate to Factory Foreman on a daily basis.
Quality Management - Workmanship: „h Component quality management of shop floor issues reported by Factory Foreman
Components: „h Parts rectification (re-works) „h Technical product development „h Technical input for faulty goods, return to suppliers, back-charges information to be fed to Purchasing Manager
People Management: „X Health & Safety compliance and appropriate actions „X COSH regulation compliance & necessary actions. „X Establish & maintain safety committee in accordance with statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
Degree level education in an engineering related subject and a minimum of 5 years work related experience in heavy metal engineering or similar industry or related area and 2 years managing a department or business unit.
