BMS Project Engineer - East Sussex

Job Details
Our client is recognised as one of the leaders in supplying and maintaining automatic controls and control panels for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning services within buildings. They now require an experienced Project Engineer to join their team. Requirements of the role include:

* A proven track record for contracting HVAC controls projects up to £500,000 in value
* Experience in both conventional and DDC control systems together with a good knowledge of electrical motor control panels
* Knowledge of Trend cotrol systems is ESSENTIAL with experience of Satchwell / Cylon being desirable
* Computer literacy is essential and the engineer should be capable of writing software strategies for one of the above systems
* Full understanding of the theory of automatic controls assocaited with the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industries
* Capable of negotiating with clients and consultants and undertaking supervision of site meetings etc
* Good electrical background including the capability to design electrical control panels including motor starter circuits and safety interlocks would be advantageous
* Experiencing of using CAD
* Must be capable of working under pressure and controlling project finances
