| To ensure that products are manufactured and packaged safely and to GMP compliance standards, maximising cost effectiveness, process robustness and ensuring delivery to Customers on time.Responsibility for PPU Technology functions; Technology/Product Transfers, Manufacturing, Filling, Inspection and Packing Technology, from a validation support perspective.
For Technology responsibilities: apply statutory, regulatory and corporate standards to the manufacturing processes and employees through procedures, effective training and assessment. This includes validation activities such as cleaning and process.
Schedule and complete validation activities to support both routine operation, improvement initiatives and new equipment installation
Monitor and analyse processes to identify and then deliver process robustness initiatives to improve process efficiency eg. : process reliability, rejects, process RFT and yields. Ensure a cross functional approach with effective root cause analysis and close out of actions.
Facilitation of continuous improvement and technical learning with Technology, Operations and Maintenance teams.
Control the use and review of company and statutory documentation to achieve and maintain compliance with EHS.
Provide regular reports and/or presentations on the status of processes and initiatives
